Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1 business day after confirmation. Physical products are packed and handed to our courier partner the same or next working day. Digital products are delivered electronically, usually within a few hours of payment.

Dhaka metro: 1–3 business days. Outside Dhaka: 3–5 business days. Remote upazila areas may take 5–7 business days depending on the courier network.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays, extreme weather or address issues. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location and the item's weight and size. Promotional free-shipping banners, when active, are shown at the top of the store and checkout.

Large items such as servers, projectors and complete CCTV packages may attract special handling charges, always shown before you pay.

Cash on delivery (COD) is available nationwide for physical products. Digital products, services and some high-value orders require advance payment via bKash, Nagad, bank transfer or card.

If you have any issue with delivery — wrong item, missing parts or damage in transit — notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package with photo evidence. We resolve delivery issues within 3–5 business days.
