Warranty

All products sold by ONEDOTBD come with manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise on the product page. Coverage periods vary by brand and product — laptops, desktops, networking equipment, CCTV and IoT devices each carry their standard brand warranty.

Digital products (software licenses, subscriptions and services) are non-warranty items. They are delivered electronically and support is limited to activation and setup assistance.

Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use are covered during the warranty period. This includes hardware failures and performance faults confirmed by a technician from an authorized service center.

We handle many claims directly through our service desk. For brand-name products, we coordinate with the manufacturer's authorized service center on your behalf.

Damage caused by accidents, liquid contact, power surges, unauthorized repair, tampering with seals, or misuse is not covered. Cosmetic damage, consumables (batteries, filters, cables in some cases) and physical damage are generally excluded unless the brand warranty says otherwise.

Keep your invoice or serial number. Contact our support desk with your order number and a short description of the problem. Our team will verify your warranty and advise whether you should visit the service center or have us do the repair.

Please do not send products without contacting us first — unauthorized shipments are not accepted.

Brand warranties are honored at the manufacturer's authorized service centers across the country. We share the nearest center and, when needed, arrange pickup and drop-off from our Dhaka office.
